Civica Civil Enforcement is able to deal concurrently with a wide range of notices and hence provides the optimum route towards the delivery of a StreetScene management application. The two core components, street management and parking services enable on-street personnel to enforce legislation, on-street inspections to be reported, fault-logging and reporting as well as aiding interaction and co-operation between citizens and local businesses.
The Streetscene management application is highly parameterised to enable variations to charge amounts, recovery paths and the standard documentation relevant to the various contraventions that may be issued against different primary legislation. It will also apply economies of scale to ensure standard processes such as payments, scanning incoming mail and workflow.
