Role Purpose: To provide consultancy & training for all of our E-payment Systems products
Key Responsibilities:
• Acceptance test new product & solution releases
• Define data conversion requirements
• Develop DTS & Income Distribution parameters
• Product consultancy
• Business Process Re-engineering consultancy
• Install “Load & Go” PC based products
• Set up & configure software
• Train users
• Develop ad-hoc reports
• Liaise with customer representatives
• Monitor & manage the implementation budget
• Provide regular progress reports
• Manage implementation problems, escalating if appropriate
• Identify any activities/services over & above that contracted for and ensure these are paid for
Skills Required:
• Good experience of working in the software house environment implementing Financial related solutions (E-payment) or working for an end user Public sector company implementing Financial related solutions (E-payment)
• Knowledge of SQL Server or similar databases
• Commercial awareness
